QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
1. What is GlobalSmart Products' Return and Cancellation Policy concerning Retail Sales and Distributor Returns?
Answer: There are three [3] types of returns and/or cancellations:
  1. Retail Customer Returns...when retail customers want to return a product for whatever reason, they have 15 days from the date of purchase to contact the selling Distributor. The Distributor should pick up the product[s] and refund the customer the amount the customer paid. If the Distributor returns this product to the company, the company will send the Distributor a replacement at no charge for the product, but a small shipping and handling charge will apply.
  2. Distributor Returns...Distributors are required to sell or consume 70% of their purchases each month in order to satisfy state regulations. Therefore, when Distributors are leaving the Company, they may return products for refunds. However, please note that the company will only accept products that are unopened and in original condition. Within 60 days of the purchase date. In addition, the company will deduct all Bonuses paid (80% of the BV) on these products and apply a 15% restocking charge.
  3. Auto Ship Cancellation...Distributors are required to give the company at least 10 days notice to cancel their Auto Ship orders.
Special Notes:
  1. If it is necessary to make a return, the Distributor must FIRST contact the Company [via E-Mail] and obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must be clearly printed on the outside of the return package in two [2] places.
  2. After the Company's receipt of the returned product, please allow 10-15 business days for the credit[s] to post.
Fast Start and First Order Pack Returns:

Because commissions are paid weekly on the sale of Fast Start and First Order Packs, the Company has no way of recovering those commissions. Therefore, below is the Company's Official Policy.
  1. The Distributor must return his/her complete Fast Start or First Order Pack to his/her Sponsor directly, not to the Company.
  2. Upon receipt, the Sponsor re-imburses the Distributor for his/her Product Order. Remember, the Sponsor has already received Commissions and Bonus money on these products.
  3. The Sponsor will now have the products from the Fast Start or First Order Pack at a significant discount.

2. As a Member do I receive a statement of what my earnings are for the pay period?
Answer: No - there are no statements. In the members finance section the earnings link will take the member to the Personal Account Balance Summaries page. This will have all the detail needed for the member to see exactly where his/her money is being generated from.

3. How do I become a Distributor with GlobalSmart Products?
Answer: Simply go to your Sponsor's Web site and click on the tab (link) that says "Join Us" and provide the information requested. If this is unfamiliar to you, have your Sponsor help you.

4. How does GlobalSmart Products pay its Members?
Answer: At this time we pay by check. Your commissions from all sources are automatically put into the members money account. The members have complete control of when they are paid and how much they are paid from their balance in their members account.

5. How does one earn money as a GlobalSmart Products Distributor?
Answer: Distributors earn Retail Profits by marketing our Products to the general public and business community. Distributors also earn Training Bonuses/Commissions by Sponsoring and Training other Distributors who then become a part of their Sales Team.

6. How long will it be before my Product Order arrives?
Answer: We make every effort to ship orders the same day received, when the order is received before 1:00 PM EST. In almost every case, orders are shipped within 48 hours from posting. Under normal circumstances, most orders are received by our Distributors within 3-5 working days. But if you factor in weekends and/or holidays, remote areas, small postal towns, special shipping instructions, or other reasons for slight delays, some deliveries could take 7-10 days.
Sometimes the easiest solution is to carry a little extra inventory to get you though the week. You may want to look at our generous discount, for a case [12 items] as a smart way to make sure you never run out of your favorite products!!

7. What Credit/Debit cards does GlobalSmart Products accept?
Answer: GlobalSmart Products accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Cards.

8. Where can I find the Company Conference Calls?
Answer: Go to your home page at http://GlobalSmartProducts.com/[you user name]

  • Click on the "Opportunity " tab at the top of the page
    • Click on the "Conference Calls" link on the right Menu
    • View the listing and listen to archived calls

9. Why does my Book Mark take me to the Base or Company Site?
Answer: For security purposes, you cannot book mark your web address link once you type it into your browser. It will immediately change to a secure session ID to keep you safe from hackers. As a result of this session ID, if you book mark it after you type it in, and use that link to return to your site, then it would refer back to the corporate URL.

You can however change your saved link.
*Find your saved link in your favorites
*Right click on the link and select "Properties"
*Change the URL to include you username see example below

*Click "OK" button

10. Are retail sales an essential part of the success of any GlobalSmart Products Distributorship?
Answer: Absolutely. In fact, the Company will put more and more emphasis on acquiring and securing retail customers. We realize a Downline development phase is essential for long-term effective retailing. Meanwhile, the Company wants all Distributors to actively participate at the retail level whenever possible.

11. Does the Uni-Level have a Commission Compression Feature?
Answer: YES - We will always have those who do not participate in the compensation plan for one reason or another. Beginning September 1, 2010, our compression engine will look for the Distributors that have not made a product purchase within the pay period, compress them out, and move all the BV up within the same sponsorship line. Depending on your organizational structure and participating members within your organization, this could make a big difference in your Monthly Bonus Check.

The Non Participating members will not be removed from the system and your organizational structure will not change, just compress, to figure your commissions for the month.

12. Is there a back-up plan to protect my auto-ship?
Answer: All Auto-Ships will be processed on the same date each month. The best protection to make sure that your Auto-ship processes with no complications is to pay with your personal account. If you do not have enough money in your personal account to cover your autoship, the system will default to your Credit/Debit card you have on file.

If for some reason your credit card is declined, you will be notified by E-Mail instantly with instructions on how to proceed. Our system will give you a grace peroid of 5 working days to correct the issue with your card. After your 5 day grace peroid your Auto-ship will be canceld and you will be notiified by e-mail. This also incluces Auto-ships that were processed at the end of the month. Our system will give you until the 5th of the new month to clear up any outstanding Auto-ship Invoices before we close the pay peroid.

13. What are my personal requirements to get paid a bonus from the Uni-Level program?
Answer: You are required to sponsor at least one [1] person that has a monthly product purchase of at least 50BV for the same month you have made a product purchase of at least 50BV. You will then be qualified to receive a bonus check based on all 4 levels of your Uni-Level organization.

14. What are the qualifications to participate in the Executive Fast Start Program?
Answer: The qualifications are the same as for the Fast Start Program.

1. You must have purchased a Executive Fast Start Pack on signup or upgraded your position by purchasing a Executive Fast Start Pack.

2. You must be on Autoship.

Please Note: If you are not on autoship, you will not qualify to receive any Fast Start or Executive Fast Start money. You will also not get credit for the sale of your Executive Fast Start sale and it will go up within your Sponsorship line to the first qualified position.

15. What do I need to do to qualify for the Fast Start Program?
Answer: There are 2 simple requirements:
1) You must first purchase a Fast Start Pack either by:
* Selecting one of the Fast Start Packs during the signup process or
* Upgrading your initial 2 or 4 product order by calling the home office and placing an "upgrade" order for a Fast Start Pack.

2) Also, you must be on Auto-Ship and make sure that it is completed and approved each month.

16. What if I have received Bonuses from the Fast Start Program and my Auto-Ship does not process for that month because my credit/debit card will not process, or my GlobalSmart Products Money Account does not have enough to purchase my Auto-Ship?
Answer: You lose your earned Bonus money from the Fast Start Program. The system will automatically debit your money account for the commission you earned. If you were already paid, your future Bonuses or Commissions will need to satisfy the debit in your account before you can be paid.

17. Why are there so many rules for the Fast Start Program?
Answer: There are only 2 simple rules.
Our Fast Start Program is the best in the industry. GlobalSmart Products is paying up to 50% of the purchase price back to its participating distributors. No one else in the industry is even close to giving back so much. Also, the Retail Value of each of our Fast Start Packs more than compensates the Distributor for the amount (Distributor's Price) of the initial purchase. Included is $100 in Bonus money when a Distributor sells a a Fast Start Pack.

18. When I sign up, how is my initial order and Auto-Ship processed?
Answer: When you sign up, your initial order is immediately processed and shipped, usually within 24 hours. Your Auto-Ship will not process until the following month. That will process every month after that, on the day of the month that you originally joined GlobalSmart Products.

Answer: You need to have the Microsoft Windows Media Player Plug-in installed in FireFox.
